Shipments to EU
We currently ship to EU countries using DPD courier service or DPD Packetshops. Orders will contain tracking number. Returns are possible via website interface.
Switzerland, UK and Norway get the special price and treatment due to being outside the customs zone. You will need to pay additional VAT upon receiving.
Shipments to USA, Australia, Canada
We ship through Venipak which in order oursources that to TNT Economy. Packages are insured for a full amount because we had delivery issues and even package loss. So the worst that can happen you will need to wait for the next batch. Or money back.
Customs and additional VAT are handled by you upon receival.
Shipments to other countries
Not all countries are enabled in shipping list, but if you wish to order from a country that is not in list - contact us and we will figure out the price.
